Surrendering a Rabbit

If you are seeking to surrender your rabbit to us, please fill out the Intake Request Form linked below. Our Intake Manager will review your request and respond back to you.
Because of the high number of rabbits in need, we do have a waiting list for private surrenders and are just not able to take every one. You may need to find an alternative placement for your rabbit.
If there is a particular issue causing you to want to place your rabbit, we may be able to help with that also. Once we receive this form, we can evaluate the situation.

Please, whatever you do, DO NOT RELEASE YOUR RABBIT OUTDOORS.

It is ILLEGAL and it is a DEATH SENTENCE for your rabbit.
